Join me on this unique experience from Cairo or Giza to Mediterranean coast to explore Alexandria.
the tour itinerary:
7:00 am :
your guide will pick you up from your hotel at 7:00 am , and will takes you in air conditioned car to start your tour to Alexandria , after 3 hours will arrive Alexandria.
10:00 am :
you will start your day tour by visiting the catacomb tomb which has three levels under ground with beautiful reliefs depict the mixture of Greek, Roman and ancient Egyptian styles.
11:30 am :
After that you head to Pompey pillar which is made of granite about 26 m high, there we can see some remains of Serapis temple.
01:00 pm:
Next head to the citadel of Quiat bay , the mamlukes era fortress built on the site of the light house of Alexandria, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world .
02:00 pm :
we stop for lunch: fish, chicken, vegetarian options.
3:00 pm :
after lunch we continue our adventure by visiting the New library of Alexandria, the second biggest library in the world.
Then drive back to Cairo.
